Weekly Drop-in Meditation Classes
Around North Wales

All below classes and meditations are suitable for beginners and you can drop in whenever it suits you. Everyone welcome Buddhist and non-Buddhist alike.

Llandudno – at the Centre

Drop-in evening meditation class:
Thursdays 7.30 – 9.00pm • £5
Come and enjoy this evening class of teachings and meditation on Buddha’s Advice for a Happy Life.

Drop-in late morning meditation class:
Wednesdays 11.30 – 12.30pm • £4
Each class consists of a short uplifting talk and guided meditation.

Drop-in guided meditations:
Mondays 11.30 – 12.00pm • £3
Tuesdays 7.30 – 8.00pm • £3
Thursdays 11.30 – 12.00pm • £3
Saturdays 11.30 – 12.00pm • £3
Half an hour guided meditations that will make you relax and unwind.

Our classes are suitable for everyone, both Buddhist and non-Buddhist. They are an introduction to meditation and the methods that we can use to solve our daily problems and find inner peace and calm. Each class is self-contained,so you can drop in to individual classes at any time.

PRAYERS FOR WORLD PEACE

Free sessions open to all!

Includes a short talk and inspiring prayers dedicated for World Peace.

This uplifting session is a way to make a positive contribution towards World Peace!

Runs on Fridays during term time, from 7.00 until 8.00 pm, at our Centre in Craig-y-Don, Llandudno.

ACCOMMODATION @ KBC

We offer comfortable accommodation in a beautiful and peaceful setting, creating ideal conditions for practising consideration for everyone around.

The Centre occupies an eight bedroom Victorian building situated in a conservation area with the town centre only a 10 minute walk away and the seafront, with its glorious view of the Great Orme, just a 5 minute stroll.

GUIDED MEDITATION

EVERYONE WELCOME!

We run drop-in sessions that consist of guided meditations to increase the experience of peace and happiness in our everyday life.

Our meditations are simple and easy, especially designed for those with little or no prior experience and the classes are self-contained and open to all.

You do not need to wear any special clothing to meditate, just something you feel comfortable in.

WORLD PEACE CAFE

Our Café is beautiful, light and welcoming, an ideal place to take a break, relax and unwind. Combine mid-morning meditations with a light lunch and choose from a range of freshly prepared Panini’s,  soups and delicious homemade cakes.

The Café is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays between 11am and 4pm. As well as making the Centre more visible and welcoming, this is also an opportunity for people to spend more time in the Centre as part of the Café team. We welcome any volunteers who can help in the café or make cakes and scones.
