Term Break

We are having a summer break now, in order to attend the International Summer Festival at the end of the month.

Our meditation classes will start back on Monday August 28th.

Although there are no classes, the centre will be open up until the festival, so do pop by if you have any questions about meditation, would like a little time in the meditation room, or a drink in the cafe: 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Our classes are suitable for everyone, both Buddhist and non-Buddhist. They are an introduction to meditation and the methods that we can use to solve our daily problems and find inner peace and calm. Each class is self-contained,so you can drop in to individual classes at any time.

WORLD PEACE CAFE

Our Café is beautiful, light and welcoming, an ideal place to take a break, relax and unwind. Combine mid-morning meditations with a light lunch and choose from a range of freshly prepared Panini’s,  soups and delicious homemade cakes.

The Café is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays between 11am and 4pm. It opens during our term times only.

We welcome any volunteers who can help in the café or make cakes and scones.
