1000-armed-AvalokiteshvaNyungnay Retreat, Thursday 20th – Friday 21st April, Free

Our compassionate heart, which brings great joy and meaning to our lives, can be awakened through this special purification practice of Thousand-Armed Avalokiteshvara called ‘Drop of Essential Nectar’. This practice is very powerful for purifying negative karma of body, speech, and mind, and for pacifying strong delusions such as desirous attachment and hatred. It is also a special method for receiving blessings and improving our experience of love and compassion.

  • Purify negativity within your mind
  • Receive powerful blessings that make you feel positive
  • Powerful methods for overcoming suffering

Through the course of the retreat we will take the Mahayana Precepts, fast, make prostrations and engage in praises and requests to the Buddha of Compassion.

Each morning will begin with the taking of the eight Mahayana Precepts, which is an essential preparation for attending any of the sessions on that day.

Having a clear understanding of what this retreat entails is essential, so please carefully read through the information on Taking precepts  and Nyungnay practice
