“If everyone sincerely prays to be able to cherish other living beings, then gradually through the power of this prayer, everyone will actually cherish each other.” Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
When we are faced with so much human tragedy in the world every day, it is easy to develop despair and a sense of powerlessness. To help us overcome this, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso has prepared these powerful prayers, which help us to deeply cherish others, thereby becoming the change we want to see in the world. Making prayers is a meaningful action of speech and mind; these uplifting prayers, and the teachings given on cherishing others, will plant the seeds for us to directly and indirectly benefit everyone.
Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators; everyone is welcome!
