In each class a different meditation is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can come any week. There is no need to book or bring anything.

Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a short teaching and a second guided meditation to help deepen your experience. The World Peace Cafe will be open before and after the session, so feel free to stay for a treat.

Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome!
