Guided Meditation

Drop in Class – no need to book

In each class you will be guided through a different meditation. The purpose of these meditations is to help you have a peaceful, loving mind, able to deal with whatever life throws at you.

The classes are self-contained, so you can come any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Chairs and cushions available.

Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators; everyone is welcome!

‘Meditations for Everyday Life’ 

These classes are based on the CD/MP3 series ‘Meditations for Everyday Life’.With regular practice, these meditations help us to experience inner peace and mental clarity, and to increase our love and compassion for others. Available at your class or from Tharpa.com
