Four Week Course on Mindfulness and Meditation
Wednesdays 6 – 7pm, £5 per Session

In each class a different aspect of meditation is explained. The classes are self-contained so you can come any week. There is no need to book or bring anything.
Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is also an opportunity for questions.
These classes will be based on the book, ‘How to Transform Your Life’, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, available for free download here
Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome!

Gen Kelsang Oden is the resident teacher at Kalpa Bhadra Kadampa Buddhist Centre, Llandudno.A fully ordained Buddhist nun, she has been teaching meditation and Buddhist wisdom for 20 years, under the guidance of her spiritual guide, the Buddhist master, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
