MONDAYS JAN 28 - FEB 25 FIVE WEEK COURSE - MEDITATIONS ON LOVE
- Practical step-by-step instructions on how to improve our state of mind
- Learn to hold a warm and friendly feeling towards others, even in trying circumstances
- Overcome problems caused by blaming others, jealousy, anger and stress
We tend to assume our problems and unhappiness come from outside ourself. We readily blame the people around us for the unpleasant feelings and anger we harbour in our hearts.
But in reality, these negative states are arising inside our mind, not coming from outside.
By changing the way we relate to others, developing affection, cherishing love and compassion to them in place of anger and frustration, others can become a source of unending inspiration and joy to us.
In this course, Kelsang Drima will explain the extraordinary science of developing a sublime good heart, whereby we can become a happier and happier person.
