It is very common to experience anxiety and worry in the midst of our busy, modern lives. Meditation is an effective way to deal with anxiety. We can learn how to control our own mind, instead of allowing our mind to control us. This talk will explain how we can all create inner calm and mental freedom.

Mae’n gyffredin iawn i ni brofi pryder a gofid yng nghanol ein bywydau prysur modern. Mae myfyrio yn ddull effeithiol o drin pryder. Gallwn ddysgu sut i reoli’n meddwl, yn hytrach na gadael i’n meddwl reoli ni. Yn y ddarlith hon bydd esboniad o sut y gallwn ni ‘gyd greu llonyddwch mewnol a rhyddid meddyliol.

The Teacher

Kadam Bridget Heyes is the NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director for the UK. She is known for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart, and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that are easy to practice and integrate into daily life.
