Anxiety and stress are increasingly common problems for people in our busy, modern world. Buddha’s timeless teachings offer a simple and yet profound alternative. Training in meditation is an effective way to transform our mind and find lasting mental freedom.

Everyone welcome. This talk is suitable for beginners and those with more experience. It includes guided meditations and practical advice to provide you with tried and tested tools and meditation exercises for finding happiness.

The Teacher

Kelsang Jangchub is a Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher of Kalpa Bhadra Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Llandudno, North Wales. He has studied and practised Kadampa Buddhism for many years and is known for his good heart and dedication; he teaches in an accessible way making Modern Kadampa Buddhism applicable to all.
