Kadam Bridget Heyes, UK National Spiritual Director of the NKT-IKBU, is the teacher of the Dharma Celebrations held in the UK. She is a senior disciple of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and she has been teaching meditation and Kadampa Buddhism for over 25 years. Kadam Bridget presents Buddha’s teachings with exceptional clarity, skill and wisdom making it easy to practise and integrate into our modern life.
Llandudno is a beautiful Victorian seaside resort at the foot of the Great Orme headland. The town is surrounded by beautiful landscape and scenery with many opportunities for easy and reflecting walks and other touristic attractions.
