The Four Noble Truths, Buddha explains the spiritual path in a clear and simple way that everyone can understand and put into practice. Join us for a mini-series of meditation classes with Buddhist nun Kelsang Lamchog exploring Buddha’s timeless practical wisdom.
Wed 07 July – Beginning to solve suffering (The 1st Noble Truth)
Wed 14 July – Understanding the causes of suffering (The 2nd Noble Truth)
Wed 21 July – An end to all suffering (The 3rd Noble Truth)
Wed 28 July – The path to lasting inner peace (The 4th Noble Truth)
Fee £5 per class, 4 classes for £15 and free for Centre Card holders
Online events are live-streamed and available to view for 5 days afterwards with the link and password in the confirmation email
