All our meditation classes are open to everyone. They offer the perfect opportunity to take a break from busy daily life, to cultivate some mental space and reflect on what really matters.

Each class consists of 2 guided meditation and some advice for a happy life. All our classes are taught by qualified Kadampa teachers
